Would you like to implement an idea at treff.punkt?

Here are instructions on how to do it!

1. Get an overview of the treff.punkt facilities and the inventory. Come and see us!

2. Please read our house rules carefully before you register your event.

3. Enter your event in the public booking calendar. In order for your event to appear in our weekly overview (Insta/poster), it should be entered by 6 p.m. on Thursdays (weekly deadline). You can upload pictures/sharepics in the calendar, so we can use them for the website and Insta.

4. Send us an e-mail with the title of your event and any other information so that we have an address we can use to contact you.

5. If you would like a different/longer description text than the one in the calendar, please send a description text for our website/instagram or formulate questions regarding the equipment.

6. Take care of advertising on your own channels such as Instagram, flyers or spread the word. We are happy to repost on Instagram if you link us.

7. Just come by on the day of your event and realize your idea, please bring additional equipment yourself.

8. Do you like the treff.punkt concept? Then you can easily help us to continue opening the doors every day: become a volunteer room opener and look after the room for 2 hours whenever you have the time and inclination.
